The Grandfather of all Philippine Mountains is not only a home to scenic landscape and abundant biodiversity, but also to rich tasting and aromatic coffees whose recognition is soaring high as the highest mountain where it thrives. Thanks to its rich volcanic soil, our partner farmers in this estate cultivated this Catimor coffee that are delicately grown, picked and pruned before drying, ensuing a coffee with flavors of spice, sugarcane, and lemon.
