Blooming at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level of Benguet, this towering heirloom coffee is making its way into more coffee drinkers. Our very own partner farmer, Felisidad, nurtured this fertile soil, harvested then washed processed the ripest red fruit. She carefully removed the different layers of the fruit before drying, resulting to a coffee with the taste of orange, pili nuts, and a hint of cinnamon.
