The majestic Mount Matutum, nestled in the Province of South Cotabato, flourishes with a rich biodiversity of both plants and animals. Our partner farmers from this estate take advantage of the fertile steep slope to produce the best-tasting Mysore coffees. Shade-grown beneath the lush mountain landscape at an altitude of 600-1,200 meters above sea level, this coffee is picked red and washed to create a coffee with notes of caramel, orange, and berries.
